Dear John and Company;
Please accept my thanks for your company's excellent renovation work on my home. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the final result. I have never experienced a home renovation project of this magnitude before and the consideration shown to me while I lived through the weeks of work is much appreciated. Although I had definite ideas of what could be done, I think the final result is much better because the suggestions you made re baseboards and electrical outlets. The changes I suggested during the project were done with dispatch and accuracy. I believe I have received good value. I would be happy to employ Browett Building Inc. for my next project.
